“Come join us in a special Show-n-Tell and Q&A With the cast of Deep South Paranormal”
We plan on talking about how the show came about (which is what so many people want to know), our favorite episodes and why, talk about growing up in Huntsville and how we actually got into investigating the paranormal, etc. We will also talk about and show some behind the scenes moments, pranks, etc. that we have while filming the show. Then of course we would love to hold a Q&A session at the end for people to ask us questions about the show, us or whatever they would like to discuss. Keith will always end our talks just like he does our investigations with a song.

I’m Keith Ramsey of DOA Paranormal and Deep South Paranormal. I’m 38 years old, born in Huntsville, AL and raised in different areas in the Tennessee Valley. I have been working in landscaping for the last 11 years. My hobbies consist of being an outdoors-man, camping, fishing, etc. I’m also a musician and have been a singer, songwriter, and guitarist for several different bands throughout the years. I joined my first group with Benny and Jonathan, DOA Paranormal, for the fact that I have had paranormal events around me all my life beginning at the age of 5 with visions, not understanding what I was seeing till years later and finding out that visions have been known to happen with others in my family before me. At the age of 9, I saw my first apparition and have had a gift of “sight” ever since. I have seen and felt their presence and have been touched by them also. I truly believe I have been chosen for this for some reason. Through an out of body experience at the age of 13, I was spoken to, that I was coming back to tell people of the world of what I had seen. With that always on my conscience through the years, I have found my place in this group of our brotherhood to gather evidence and prove to others out there who haven’t ever witnessed or just don’t believe. With God as my strength to do so, I will take any step forward to understand more and to help others to understanding or believing that there is more to our existence than just living and dying. Some call me the more silent, sensitive member of the team.
With my guitar in hand, I believe I can find the answers that I’m search for in the paranormal.

I’m Benny Reed co-founder of DOA Paranormal and Team Member on Syfy’s show Deep South Paranormal. I’m a 40 year old Government contractor employee who works with electronics on a daily basis. I spent 8 years and 2 tours of duties in the U.S. Army National Guard. I love fishing, camping and spending time with my family. I believe all my experiences through-out my life, the good and the bad, have prepared me for the way I approach my passion, paranormal investigating.
The reason I got into paranormal investigating is because of all the things that I had happen to me while growing up and all the unexplained things that have happened to me in my life. After my last deployment, Jonathan and I decided to start up a paranormal group to get some answer to the things that we have questioned throughout our lives. That’s where DOA Paranormal came into play. I am known on the show as “The Joker” for all the practical jokes I play on the team. It’s my job to keep their senses on edge and help lighten the mood when necessary.

Jonathan Hodges – I was born and raised deep in the county outside of Huntsville, AL where I currently still reside on the same land my great-grandparents owned. This land was the only thing my great-grandparents ever owned, so tradition, family, southern values, these are all things that are extremely important to me and I use them every day.
I graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville with a degree in Business and am currently the Human Resources guy for a government contractor in the Rocket City. Even though I may have a white collar desk job by day, my real passion is the outdoors and everything paranormal. I’m a huge fisherman and love to hike when I have the time. I grew up, since I was old enough to hold a gun or a fishing rod, hunting and fishing with my grandfather. My paranormal beginning is much like others I have seen through the years where I grew up in a house that had strange occurrences happen often. My parents would dismiss them (“oh it was nothing” or “go back to bed it’s your imagination”) but I knew there was something more to them. The older I got the more questions I would ask and research on my own. I would read any book I could get my hands on about the paranormal, just trying to understand. I started doing my own investigations about 10 years ago because I knew there was only one way to find the truth, whatever I discovered it was! I have currently been working on SyFy’s show Deep South Paranormal. I am known as The Man With The Plan and I guess some would call me the Team Leader. It’s a rough job but someone had to keep these wild guys in check!
